Terms and Conditions

This agreement outlines the Terms and Conditions applicable to customers of phpcrm.com Cloud and Open-Source Products. By ordering, accessing, or using our Product (Cloud or Open-Source), you agree to be bound by this agreement in full. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Cloud Service or the Open-Source PHPCRM product.

1. Delivery of Product (Open-Source / Download Packages)

For downloadable PHPCRM products:

  • After successful payment, users can immediately download the product from the Download section of their account.
  • No physical shipment or manual delivery is required.

2. Cloud Hosting (Fully Managed Solution)

For PHPCRM Cloud users:

  • Cloud access will be activated after order confirmation and activation of your plan.
  • Hosting, backups, updates, maintenance, and security monitoring are included as per the selected Cloud package.
  • Users do not receive the source code or files under the Cloud subscription model.

3. Open-Source PHPCRM (Self-Hosted Product)

The Open-Source version of PHPCRM includes full source code.
However, as it is self-hosted:

  • We do not guarantee uptime
  • We do not guarantee data safety
  • We do not guarantee security
  • We do not guarantee bug-free performance
  • We are not responsible for hosting or server-related issues

Using the Open-Source PHPCRM is strictly at your own risk.

4. Maintenance & Support

  • Cloud plans include support and maintenance as per the selected subscription.
  • Open-Source PHPCRM does not include free installation or maintenance services.
  • Support and customization services are available separately, on a paid basis.

5. Customization

You may request customization at any time. After approval of the quotation:

  • The customized version of PHPCRM will be delivered in source-code format.
  • Further modifications after delivery will be quoted separately.
  • No guarantee is provided on customized code for self-hosted servers.

6. Payment Security

We do not store customers’ credit card or payment details.
All transactions are securely processed by third-party Payment Gateways and are not accessible to our staff.

7. License

You may use PHPCRM strictly as specified in the corresponding license description.
Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or sharing the source code (full or partial) with any third party is strictly prohibited.

8. Warranty

  • PHPCRM Cloud: Provided on a best-effort basis. Downtime arising due to external hosting dependencies is not under our control.
  • PHPCRM Open-Source: No warranty of any kind is provided. Installation and usage are entirely at the customer’s own risk.

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, at any time, with or without prior notice. Any update becomes effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
