Customer Notification Management System describes the ability for administrators to manage Template, SMS, Notification. Setup management is very essential because it have all the information about the company, configuration of Email and SMS for communication.

In PHP CRM, Customer Notification Management System is a platform where all details of company are stored and managed in a secure way. By using this system, PHP CRM administrator can manage Email or SMS configuration for communication between company’s staff and customer.

For update Template, go to the Setup -> Click on the Template and change or edit the template of Leads, Appointment, Quotations, Invoices, Support, User.

For SMS, go to Setup -> Click on SMS and add details then save it.

To manage a notification, go to Setup -> Click on Notification and now you can manage Email Notification and SMS Notification.
